These terms apply to your use of uvxyz.in (the “site”), operated by UVXYZ Labs Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U62010TS2025PTC193339) (“UVXYZ”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Our services

The site describes the software development, consulting and related services we offer. Information on the site, including package descriptions and indicative prices, is general information and not an offer. Any engagement is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work, which takes precedence over these terms. Unless that agreement says otherwise, clients own the custom work product created for them once it has been paid for in full, and we keep our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how.

2. Using the site

You agree not to:

• use the site for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, our portal or our systems, or interfere with their security or operation;
• send spam, malware or automated submissions through our forms;
• scrape or copy the site in bulk, or use it to build a competing product.

Our Acceptable Use Policy applies to our portals and managed services. Our internal portal is for authorised users only.

3. Information you send us

You must provide accurate information through our forms and only share information you have the right to share. We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential material until a non-disclosure agreement or contract is in place, if you need one.

4. Intellectual property

The site’s content, design, logos and the UVXYZ name belong to UVXYZ or its licensors. Client names and logos remain the property of their owners. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but may not reuse our content commercially without written permission.

5. Third-party links

The site links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

6. Disclaimer

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not guarantee that it will be error-free, uninterrupted or free of harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, UVXYZ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business, arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its last updated date, applies from the time it is posted.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have where you live.
